Who is this guy, and what can he do for my life and my business?

That’s a great question; a perfect question, actually.  In a phrase, I’ve been there, done that, and made the T-shirt.

Whether it was being a key leader in building the service department for a revolutionary medical device company in my mid-twenties…

Watching it get bought out and having to build again in my late twenties and early thirties…

Unexpectedly having to start over and create my own business just as I was becoming a father…

And then going back to the corporate world as a highly successful contractor consultant and project manager…

I have seen some things.  I have worked with great people, built systems, procedures, and teams that lived on successfully long after I was gone, and supported individuals and teams in accomplishing goals that looked like they were impossible.

And mixed in between all that… I founded a non-profit organization that donated around $250,000 to over 20 charities that made a difference for people living with cancer.  I also sat on the committee of another non-profit that saw the money raised almost quintuple from the time I joined to a couple of years after I left.

All the while being a leader in an international organization that provides personal, professional, and group development training to thousands of people across the country.

In living all these experiences, the one thing I noticed is that when a person or a business gets in touch with their highest vision they can, and usually will, accomplish the unimaginable.

That person or business also requires some one or some system to guide and lead them in fulfilling on this higher vision.  Systems adapt and change over time, so it is important to continue to align the individual to the fulfillment of the vision and have them work together.
