Who We Are

Our main website address is https://www.divinesystemscoaching.com, and we are located at 4610 Pine Needle Way, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494.  Our registered incorporated name in the State of Wisconsin is Divine Systems Coaching and Consulting, LLC., and we are also doing business as Divine Systems Coaching.

The Owner and Principal Provider of services is Bradley Lobner.

What Personal Data We Collect

We collect two types of information about you, as follows:

1. Your Contact Information.  We collect data that we need to communicate with you and to identify you in our management systems.
2. Coaching Information.  We may collect ad-hoc information about our coaching calls or meetings that we keep in our files.

We may also collect any information that you provide us when sending us a message through our contact form or by direct email.

Where We Store Your Information

If you send us a message through our contact form or if you email us directly, that information is stored on our mail system servers provided by Google.  Please refer to privacy policies that are published on the Google websites.

If you use our automated booking system, the information necessary to create your coaching appointments is maintained in that system.

Cookies

When you use our website or any of our related provider websites, cookies may be read from, and stored in your web browser.  No coaching data is ever stored in cookies, and we use these cookies to provide services to you and to make your navigation of our web site easier.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.).  Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you has visited the other website.

Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We do not share your personally-identifiable data with anyone.  We may anonymously identify where you are and track that anonymous data to give us a sense of where clients are located.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

At any time, you can contact us to request a copy of all the data that we currently have for you on file.  You can also request that we completely remove and delete your information from our systems.

Where We Send Your Data

We do not send your information to anyone without a properly-served court order instructing us to do so.
